To open a Pinellas FCU membership account, simply pay a one-time, nonrefundable $5.00 membership application fee and deposit a $5.00 minimum share balance into a Pinellas FCU savings account. The $5.00 minimum balance remains on deposit at all times and represents your ownership share in Pinellas FCU.
