Seeking a positive, service-minded individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, a sound work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. Under general supervision and in accordance with established credit union policies and procedures and state and federal regulations, a Teller/MSR Float provides coverage to Pinellas Federal Credit Union branch locations as needed. Responsibilities include: providing timely and courteous service to the membership, including, but not limited to: general account information, account maintenance, problem resolution and at least 60% of in-branch loan volume; conducting transactions on member accounts accurately; maintaining security and confidentiality of member and credit union information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations; recommending credit union products and services that best fulfill the needs of our membership and in support of credit union and branch cross-selling initiatives. May oversee the running of the branch in the Branch Supervisor’s absence; as such, leads, motivates and coaches other staff members toward the accomplishment of organizational and branch goals. Attains and maintains a working knowledge of all credit union products and services, organizational policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations relating to credit union operations. Participates in job-related training and employee meetings as required.

| Skills and Requirements: |
This position requires frequent interaction with our members, so positive member relations and interpersonal communication skills are a must! Strong written and verbal communication skills, mature judgment and excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills, as well as attention to detail, are critical. Must have above average math skills and analytical/problem resolution skills and be proficient with common office equipment, computing equipment, Windows-based software, 10-key calculator and internet usage within a business environment. *This position entails frequent travel within the Pinellas and/or Pasco County regions to provide coverage in Pinellas Federal Credit Union office locations as needed.
