Nominations are open for Pinellas Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors. There are (3) terms expiring. The following three incumbent Directors have been re-nominated for election by the Nominating Committee:
- Deborah Clark 3-Year Term
- Diane Nelson 3-Year Term
- Peggy O'Shea 3-Year Term
How to Submit Your Petition for Nomination:
Nominations for vacancies may be made by petition signed by 1% of the members (with a maximum of 500 members). The Credit Union’s membership was 11,652 on October 31, 2022; therefore, the petition must be signed by a minimum of 117 members.
Once you reach the required threshold of members by petition, prepare a Statement of Qualifications, Biographical Data, and a signed statement saying you are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected to office. This information should be returned with the petition.
All petitions must be returned to the Credit Union by February 15, 2023.
